Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once an entry or registration is submitted and paid for, it cannot be cancelled by the participant, and the fee is non-refundable. Please check the competition rules, categories, deadlines and fee before paying.

If Insight Camera Club cancels a competition or event, every participant who has paid for it receives a full refund of the fee paid. If an event is postponed, your entry stays valid for the new date; if you cannot take part on the new date, you may ask for a full refund within 7 days of the postponement being announced.

If you were charged more than once for the same entry, or money was debited although the payment failed or the entry was not recorded, the extra or failed amount is refunded in full. Write to us with the transaction ID and the date of payment.

An entry that is rejected for breaking the competition rules (for example a plagiarised or edited-beyond-rules image, or wrong category) is not refunded. An entry we cannot accept for a reason of our own — for example a closed category — is refunded in full.

Approved refunds are paid to the same account, card or UPI ID the payment was made from, within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit. Refunds are not paid in cash or to a different account.
