Terms & Conditions

You must give true and complete details (name, phone number, email) when you register or submit an entry, and keep your login details private. We may refuse or cancel a registration with false details.

Each competition has its own rules, categories, deadlines and fees, published on its page; those rules are part of these terms. You confirm that every photograph you submit is your own original work, that you hold its copyright, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or include anyone who has not agreed to be photographed where consent is needed.

The judges’ decisions are final. We may disqualify an entry that breaks the rules without refund (see the Cancellation & Refund Policy).

You keep the copyright of your photographs. You allow the club to display, print and share submitted photographs, with credit to you, for judging, exhibitions, the gallery on this website and promoting the club and its competitions. We will not sell your photographs without your permission.

Fees are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store your card or bank details. An entry or registration is confirmed only after the payment is successful. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Prizes are as announced for each competition. Winners may be asked to prove their identity and to supply the original image file. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless the club decides otherwise.

You must not misuse the website — for example by uploading unlawful or offensive content, trying to access other users’ accounts, or interfering with its working. We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these terms.

We take care to keep the website and your entries safe, but we are not liable for loss caused by events outside our control, such as internet or payment-network failures. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the competition or event concerned.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you register, submit or pay is the one that applies to that registration, entry or payment.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, the website, a competition or a payment shall first be raised with us so that we can try to resolve it amicably. Disputes that cannot be resolved this way shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.
